I'm not Singapore-based, can I still apply?
Yes. Akira Holding incorporates the Singapore Pte Ltd as your parent. You retain 70% equity, Akira holds 30% and handles SG residency for grant eligibility. Optional founder-relocation path via EntrePass / EDB Global Founder Programme.
What does Akira take?
30% equity at incorporation, in exchange for parent-company structure, SG residency for grants, and venture-grooming support. Standard terms. Equity discussion is deferred until you enter incubation at SGD 5K MRR — never on this landing.
What does the diagnostic tell me?
After you join the cohort or platform tier, the diagnostic shows which grants you qualify for today, what the gap is to the next stage, and whether you're ready for a 1:1 with our team. The full grant playbook is for members.
Is this free?
The diagnostic is free. Cohort track is $9/mo + milestone unlocks. Platform tier is $49/mo. Engines (AI, infra) are pay-per-use on top of either.
